Voluntary Prekindergarten VPK

Voluntary Prekindergarten VPK is offered by the State of Florida to all children 4 years of age regardless of income.

If you are a Florida resident, and your child turns  four by September 1, he is entitled to participate in this free program.

Miami Springs Learning Center has been certified to offer this program in its  two modalities:

• School-year VPK – 540 instructional hours.
• Summer VPK – 300 instructional hours

Take advantage of this opportunity and start your child on his way for a better opportunity at getting a successful education.

Pre-K prepares children school. Children who participate usually develop higher language and social skills.

According to the state of Florida Department  of Education  VPK participants are likely  to have  less behavior issues and better performance once  they are in Kindergarten.
